Chapter 6 Who Are You to Blame Me
Jane looked down at her clothes, which Jeffery had asked someone to buy for her. At the time she felt
they were too expensive and did not want to wear, but when she changed she found that her clothes NôvelDrama.Org owns this.
had been stained last night and could not be worn, so she wore the clothes Jeffery had bought.
But she didn't expect Larry to say such things to her.
She bit her lower lip and said with teary in her eyes, "How could you say that to me?"
She used to wear clothes that were only less than 15 dollars for who? She just want him to live a better
life? She was mean to her self, but he looked down on her so much.
"Was I wrong?" Larry revealed a contemptuous look. "Didn't you look for other men after you left me?"
"I..." Jane was speachless.
She did not look for another man, but she had sex with another man.
"I didn't expect you to be a slut."
These cold and heartless words wounded Jane's heart deeply. She could no longer restrain herself
from shouting at Larry, "Who are you to say such a thing to me? You are going to marry someone else,
and the only thing I want is freedom. I did not say you left me for money. What right have you to say I
am a slut?"
Larry sneered, "I am trying to let you know who you are. You have no right to attend such a high-profile
wedding banquet. With your looks, I am afraid you are looking for a man in his forties, right? Someone
who has the money to buy you such expensive clothes, but why did not he dare to come with you? Or
is it because he is married and accompanying his wife to the wedding banquet today?"
One staggered, and Jane took two steps back. She stared in disbelief at the man she had loved for
several years. She could not imagine that the man who had been gentle would become such a harsh
and mean person.
She could no longer hold back her tears. She went forward, seized Larry's clothes, and asked
hysterically, "How have I wronged you? How could you treat me like this? We have been together for
three years, and I have done my best to love you. As long as there is something good, I will give it to
you. Larry, I am not a fool. I have given everything for you, and all I wanted was to marry you, but what
about you! What have you done! What have you done for me?"
"Why do you have to slander and scold me? Are you happy? Where is your apathy..."
Jane's roar disturbed the people around them. Susie, who was not far away, changed her face. She
quickly walked forward and slapped Jane in the face.
Jane covered her face with tears. Before she could react, she heard Susie's angry voice, "B*tch, did
not I tell you to eat obediently? What are you doing? Are you putting on a bitter drama?"
After that, she turned her head and faced at Larry, "And you, what are you doing? Are you unable to let
her go?"
When Larry heard this, he immediately turned into a canine smile, "What are you talking? How could I
not let her go? She was the one who insisted and kept crying. You know you are the only one in my
heart."
