Chapter 1043
Theodore returned to Aurora's ward.
"Theo, you're back."
Theodore sat by Aurora's bedside and looked at her. He opened his mouth to say something, but no words came out. He didn't believe that Aurora was that kind of person.
On second thought, however... Aurora did benefit from what happened.
The premise, though, was that she was the kind of person who would do something like that in the first place.
"What's the matter, Theo? Did something happen?" Aurora asked.
Theodore gave her a weak smile. "Nothing."
He held her hand. "Aurora, there's something I want you to tell me..."
"Argh...!"
Suddenly, Aurora clutched her chest and collapsed back on the bed. She was knocked out cold.
"Aurora!" Theodore anxiously hauled her into his arms from the bed. "Aurora, what's the matter? Wake up!"
He turned to the door and yelled, "Doctor! Doctor!"
Aurora suddenly experienced heart failure, and required a heart transplant in three days. At the moment, she was on life support. This news came like a knife to Theodore's heart.
How did it become like this?
Aurora was indeed waiting for a heart donor, but through careful treatment, things shouldn't have become so serious so quickly.Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.
How did this happen?
Although the hospital had brought Aurora's name forward on the list of people waiting for a heart donor and she would be the first in line if there was a suitable heart donor, it was still tough waiting for one to come by.
What if she died in Melrine?
Theodore sat by Aurora's bedside and held her hand.
"Aurora, you can't die."
After Rosalie's classes ended, she went straight to the hospital to visit Justin. She had dinner with him and chatted with him for a while.
Justin asked her what she learned in school that day, and Rosalie told him all about it.
Although the contents were quite
technical and not within Justin's
sphere of professional
he was very interested in what
Rosalie had to share. His attention
was fully on her the whole time.

Rosalie saw how attentive he was and shared even more with him. By the time she was done, she realized that she might have gone overboard- perhaps even naggy.
"Pardon me for talking too much. Do you find it boring?"
"No, it's quite interesting. I get to learn something new, too. I finally know what the Baltic Dry Index is. Do tell me more next time and teach me along the way. Being uncultured and ignorant isn't the way to go in today's times. I'm way too uncultured, I didn't even graduate from high school."
"Don't say that," Rosalie said, trying to comfort him. "You were taking care of your sister and had no choice but to quit school and earn money. You're amazing as you are."

"But my sister died anyway," Justin said, his eyes dimming. Rosalie's face stiffened. She wanted to comfort him more, but Justin beat her to it.
"It's fine, don't comfort me." He knew what Rosalie wanted to say. "I'll live on well."
Youngie had died, and he had sought revenge for her. He didn't care whether he lived or not.
But now, things were different.
Because...
When he looked at Rosalie, something shone at the back of his deep, dark eyes.
"If you like listening to this, I'll tell you more about it next time. I'll tell you anything you want to hear. If I don't know about it, I'll learn," Rosalie said.
She wanted to do something for him, and since he liked listening to this, she would be all too happy to tell him about it.
