I love you till the end, Mr. Buenavista

EVERYONE KNOWS

When Zachary returned to the room, he saw Samarra sitting on a high chair, surrounded by four people who couldn’t even look after his wife. Some have a task. Some do hair, others manicures, and one does make-up. Zachary was still frowning when he noticed the two men who had suddenly transformed due to the flashing gesture. Zachary shook his head and called his wife, who didn’t seem to notice his presence. He observes a period before he calls his wife again.

“Love?”

Samarra immediately turned to face him and motioned for the make-up artists to pause for a moment.

“Yes, love?”

“I’m just in the other room,” he explained as Samarra frowned in disgust at what he said.

“What? Why?” Samarra started to stand up from her chair, but he immediately approached her. This content is © NôvelDrama.Org.

“I’ll fix myself there, and I’ll be right back,” he said softly to Samarra, who nodded.

He gave a kiss on her brow. When he saw that Samarra had agreed, he took the three boxes containing his outfit.

He left the room to move to the other side; it wasn’t necessary because his lanai room was more significant than the guest rooms, but he had something else to attend to. So, he goes to another room.

He called his friend Jairus, who always does his hair when he enters the other room. While waiting, he dressed in a dark brown three-piece suit and brown alligator shoes. He also wore the watch Samarra had given him. Zachary called his friends to do his surprise to his wife.

Quarter to eight o’clock, Zachary went to his lanai room, where Samarra was, and immediately knocked on the door. He also had to wait a few minutes before a make-up artist opened him up.

“Where’s my wife?” he asked as he opened the door.

He can’t find Samarra in the living room where he was left before he moved to another room.

He felt nervous, but the woman he was looking for appeared before the person he spoke with could respond.

His heart skipped a beat when he noticed Samarra dressed like a princess.

Her long hair in a princess style and her make-up matched her white turtle-neck gown.

She is the epitome of beauty.

His heart is pounding as he gazes admiringly at his wife.

“Love?” Samarra said, smiling as she approached him. His heart beat faster and faster with each step Samarra took as if everything had stopped and he could only see Samarra.

When Samarra’s lips touched Zachary’s, he flinched; he hadn’t realized they were so close.

“Hey!” Samarra said to him after giving him a light kiss on the lips as if he wasn’t afraid of people looking at them.

“Damn! You look stunning, wife. I can hardly believe you’re my wife,” Zachary said to Samarra in disbelief. He wasn’t done yet, so he grabbed Samarra by the waist.

“I love you,” Samarra smiled as he hooked his two arms around his shoulders.

The make-up artists were enthusiastic about them and exchanged glances before leaving so that Samarra could give them more time.

When he and Samarra were alone, Samarra leaned forward and kissed him on the lips firmly, to which he quickly responded. They pressed their brows together as if their eyes were speaking.

“Let’s go, and we need to get out of here,” Samarra begged, and he was forced to comply.

They were taken by elevator to the ballroom of the Buenavista Hotel, where the Buenavista Corporation’s 36th anniversary will be held.

“Nervous?” Samarra inquired, shaking his head and trying to hide his nervousness with a smile.

When they exited the elevator, they were greeted by Jameson and three bodyguards, two of whom were stationed on either side of Samarra and the other behind Jameson in front of them.

If Samarra hadn’t informed him that she had been kidnapped, he would have assumed that his father-in-law was more OA due to a large number of bodyguards and the security of the event’s attendees than the President of the Philippines.

When they entered the ballroom, Zachary noticed Samarra clasping their hands. Some media members approached them and asked to photograph them, which Samarra readily agreed to. After finishing, the bodyguard quickly removed the other photographers to expose them.

Samarra’s parents were already there, and they appeared to have been waiting for them for quite some time.

“What’s taking you so long, Samarra?” Daddy Frost inquired of his wife, but Daddy Frost fixed his gaze on him.

“Ahm… Dad, we sincerely apologize; I slept and didn’t hear my alarm,” he politely explained to his father-in-law, who was asking because he was staring at him. Zachary breathed a sigh of relief as he saw his father-in-law nod and assist Samarra in sitting.

Zachary couldn’t help but be nervous as the emcee spoke on stage, mainly since his grandfather, Don Cervo Buenavista, was referred to as the pillar and root of the Buenavista Corporation. Don Cervo is the driving force behind Buenavista Corporation’s success inside and outside the country.

When he stood up, his brother Ezekiel joined him on stage to support his grandfather Cervo.

During his speech, Don Cervo thanked everyone who works for their company, from janitors to top management. He expressed his gratitude and announced new projects for the company’s growth. When his grandfather Cervo finished his lengthy speech, the company’s President, none other than his father, immediately followed.

“This year has been fruitful for us in terms of accomplishments and recognition. Buenavista Corporation’s continuous success has grown, experimenting with new ventures over the years. Today, I will formally welcome our new business partner as we merge our businesses. We’ve requested that the O’Harra’s join us here. My new daughter-in-law, Samarra Miel O’ Harra Buenavista, my youngest son’s wife, in particular,” introduced his father to them.

When he heard the applause, Zachary felt nervous, but he smiled as he escorted Samarra to the stage. His arms around her waist made it clear that he owned the lovely lady next to her.
