Ari's brief speech:
Good Evening everyone...Giving back to the community is one of our mission. My wife Hannah, worked feverishly to put these all together. Her advocacy is our life. We are blessed to have family, friends and business colleagues that embraces my wife's mission to helped the underserve. We are hoping that another medical mission in the future. Knowing her, she is thinking now who's the next recipient and working on her plan. Believe me, as soon as we step in our house, she will go directly to her office to draft her plan. She is that pro active, my wife's courage never cease to amazed me. I know that a draft folder will be in my desk soon.....[everyone's laughing]. In behalf of my team and co sponsors who believe in what we do, we would like to give Thanks to Doctor's Without Borders medical mission. It was challenging, we encountered hardship and some bumps on the road but we tried our best to resolve the issue. We hoped that you guys [Doctor's Without Borders] will support us again in our next medical mission. Thank you all for the support and enjoy the dinner.
Response from the Dr Trixie Hart:
Good evening everyone. We do appreciate this brief R and R, Mr and Mrs Davis and other co sponsors of this project. Our team advocacy is to helped out those people who needs our help, however, we cannot find them unless someone like Hannah Davis will send us invites that includes a narratives on why we will do it. I am giving more credit to Ms Hannah for that request. I've known her when she was working with the human/child trafficking victims in Cambodia many many years ago. She was not Mrs Davis then. I've met Mr Davis when he was inquiring furiously from the hospital that I worked with, and that time Ms Hannah was being treated for her severe stomach pain. He was then agitated, angry and
frustrated because Ms Hannah's doctor can't diagnosed why she's having severe pain. I remembered Mr Davis yelling to our ER staff. Like this: TELL YOUR DOCTOR IF HE CANNOT DIAGNOSED HANNAH's PAIN AFTER THE CT SCAN, I WILL AIR LIFT HER TO STANFORD HOSPITAL IN CALIFORNIA. I said to myself...this guy was so arrogant and impatient, so I talked to him and calm him down. I was tempted to give him lorazepam so he will stop yelling. I was afraid, he might suffer a heart attack. Fast forward.....3 months ago, I received a letter of request from Mrs Hannah Davis about this medical mission. A smile appeared from my beautiful plump lips, so they made it. I know the history but my beautiful plump lips are sealed Mr Davis...... everyone's are laughing out loud including Hannah's nieces Yssabella and Simone.
