Chapter 66 Sweet Time
Chapter 66 Sweet Time
Spencer hurriedly headed for the bathroom to take a shower. It was November, yet he had switched the
water temperature very low. He felt that cool water, sprinkled on his body, was the only thing that could
possibly even slightly ease his desire.
The thought of Leona
made his eyebrows furrow deeply. When he had been a drillmaster in D University, he had thought that
this girl was quiet and abnormal. 'Is there something wrong with her mental state? She even tried to kill
Fiona! How dare she! No one can bully Fiona. No one except me.' He then decided that tomorrow, he
would find Leona and settle accounts with her.
After he had his shower, he walked out of the bathroom. Fiona was curled up on the other side of the
bed, asleep like a kitten. He could barely hear the sound of her breathing, and he saw that her chest
was heaving slightly. She was lovely in every angle.
Spencer let out a deep breath as he stood beside the bed. He quietly crouched down, took the
medicine box, and started to dress her wounds.
There were wounds all over her arms, back and legs. It was already extremely lucky that she wasn't
injured after being pushed down from that height.
When he applied the medicine on her body, Fiona let out a little groan, that could be either due to pain
or comfort. When he was about to laugh, her tone changed as she spoke. She trembled and sobbed,
"Don't come over"
"Fiona?" He quickly sat on the edge of the bed and gently nudged her body. "Are you having a
nightmare? It's okay. Don't worry, please don't cry."
After hearing his voice, Fiona opened her eyes. There was still fear in her eyes. When she saw
Spencer, she nervously grabbed the hem of his clothes and asked for help. "I just had a nightmare.
Just now."
"It's okay. You are fine now." Spencer patted her head, comforting her. "Sit up, Fiona. There is still a
wound that hasn't been treated yet."
Fiona obediently sat straight up. She looked at his arm and asked, "How is your injury, Spencer?"
"I'm fine." While nursing Fiona's wound, he said, "When your foot gets better, let me teach you how to
use a gun."
"A gun?" Fiona was shocked. "Why would I need to use a gun? Forget it, please. I won't need it."
"How do you know that you won't need?" Spencer retorted, casting a glance at her. "It's harmless for
you to learn how to use a gun. You can use it in case you need to. The world is far too dangerous!"
She had never seen such a serious look on his face before. Fiona stared at him for a long time. She
weighed the advantages and disadvantages in her mind. Eventually, she said firmly, "Fine. I'll learn it."
"Great." As he put away the medicine box, he smiled with satisfaction and said, "It's time to sleep now,
Fiona."
"Hmm." Fiona nodded and lay down on the bed again. She moved to the other side of the bed to make
space for Spencer as she grabbed a corner of the quilt.
After seeing this, Spencer smiled and turned off the light.
The bright moonlight that shone through the window made the energy in the room a little romantic.
Fiona felt the heat of Spencer's body next to hers, and her face was hot like it was burning. She quickly
moved closer to the edge of the bed.
"Stop moving, you'll fall!" Spencer warned. "Do you plan to have the quilt all to yourself? It's autumn
now. Even if I'm healthy, you can't abuse me like this, right?"
"What? I abuse you?" retorted Fiona, her face red. Then she gave half of the quilt to him. "Here you
are."
Spencer grabbed the quilt and hid himself under it. "Ah, there we go. How comfortable! It's so warm!"
This made Fiona want to laugh, but she felt nervous at the same time. She kept moving closer to the
edge. How could Spencer be unaware of her little tricks? Still, he bent his tall body to get closer to her.
The more Fiona moved towards the edge of the bed, the closer Spencer moved towards her until there
was no other way out. Turning her head, she asked, "Can you..." Before she could even finish her
words, she suddenly stopped. She saw Spencer's face right in front of her, and she felt his warm breath
on her face.
"Can I do what, Fiona?" Spencer asked, raising his eyebrows, his voice low.
Fiona rolled her eyes and asked, her voice trembling, "Can you move away from me?"
"No." Spencer put his arm around Fiona and moved to the middle of the bed with her. When he was
satisfied, he said, "Well, now this is a good place. Sleep now!"
Fiona's body was completely held by Spencer. She was lying in his arms, smelling the scent of his
body after bathing, and it all made her feel a little confused. She didn't know what to do. What was he
even doing?
"You! Hey, let me go!" Fiona pushed him hard on his chest. "Please, I can't breathe."
"It's too cold outside. It's so comfortable for us to hold each other." Spencer's tone became more
serious. He grabbed her arm and put it on his waist. "Go to sleep now!"
Fiona had never seen such a shameless person. She wriggled in his arms restlessly, her face blushing.
She mumbled, "I can't sleep like this. Please let go of me!"
She struggled in his arms. However, in Spencer's eyes, she was only giving him a tickle. "Don't be
naughty. You will not be able to sleep if you keep moving!"
"What? What do you mean?" Fiona raised her head, and looked at him confusedly.
"Well, you said you couldn't sleep. And since that's the case," Spencer whispered in her ear, "let's do
something meaningful." Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.
'Something meaningful?'
Fiona was confused at this point. Then, she realized what he was going to do.
Unlike before, he was very gentle to her while having sex.
Eventually, the moon hid behind the clouds and the moonlight left the room for their sweet time alone.
The following morning, Spencer woke up to the sound of birds singing. It was foggy outside the
window, and the mountains made for a peculiar scene.
Fiona was still sleeping soundly in his arms. As soon as he lowered his head, the corners of his mouth
curled up unconsciously. It seemed that she was quite tired from last night and was still in a deep sleep
right now.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
As he was thinking, there was a sudden knock on the door. Sophia's voice echoed, shouting, "Fiona!
Are you up? Are you awake? It's time for breakfast. Let's go!"
"Mmmph..." Hearing this, Fiona slightly turned her body and frowned.
When Spencer heard Sophia's voice, his face immediately darkened with anger. Releasing Fiona's
hand from his waist, he quickly put on his clothes, got out of bed, and walked towards the door.
"Fiona! Are you there? I'm so worried about you! Hello? Open the door!"
The door opened.
"Fiona! You..." When Sophia saw Spencer, her excited expression vanished. She asked him adamantly,
"Why are you here?"
"Why shouldn't I be?" Spencer impatiently asked, holding the doorknob. "Why did you knock in the
early morning? She is still asleep."
Sophia immediately looked at Spencer from head to toe. After looking him up and down, she
screamed, "You are bullying Fiona again, aren't you? You are such a shameless man! Fiona, wake up!
I'm here to save you!" Sophia slipped into the room while speaking to Spencer.
"Hey!" Spencer chased after her.
Hearing the noise outside, Fiona sat up. As she was putting on her clothes, she saw Sophia rushing in.
"Sophia...hi..." Fiona stammered.
"How is it going, Fiona?" Sophia sat on the edge of the bed, concern written all over her face. She
turned to Spencer, casting a stern glace at him, and asked Fiona, "Did he bully you again?"
With his arms akimbo, and his eyes wide with anger, Spencer roared, "Sophia, you are not allowed to
call me by my name! I was your drillmaster for a month. Why can't you be polite?"
"Humph!" Sophia stood up and gave a cold shoulder to Spencer. She angrily said, "You always bully
Fiona. You were already very hateful when you were our drillmaster! I warn you, do not dare bully her
anymore! Don't you see what you do to her? How can you treat her like that as her husband?"
Surprised by her question, Spencer looked at Fiona for her reaction.
Fiona said, "Sophia is not an outsider. I've told her everything about us."
"Did you hear that?" Sophia said, raising her head proudly. "So, Spencer, I know all the shameful things
you have done. Stop bullying Fiona, or I will make you suffer!"
"But you are just a little girl. Do you think I'm afraid of you?" Spencer had never been threatened
before.
It seemed that at any time, a fight was about to begin. With her head in her hands, Fiona racked her
brains, trying to come up with something to say. Suddenly, she said, "Alright, alright, that's enough.
Stop arguing, you two! Ouch, why does my foot hurt again?"
